Resource Training has the capabilities and expertise to establish training centres and colleges worldwide; through joint venture initiatives, local industry participation, government to government offset commitments and through the transfer of technology.

An example of this is the establishment of a Tri-Service Electronic Warfare Training Centre for the Malaysian Armed Forces. Set up in Sungai Buhoh, near Kuala Lumpur, it proved to be a very successful programme delivered through government to government participation.

Additionally, Resource Training was instrumental in establishing the Oman Aircraft Control College, near Muscat. Our expertise ensured that the facility had the training materials required to meet the customers commitments.

One of our key strategic objectives is to establish local industry partnerships. This initiative is currently uderway in several strategic markets for Resource Training.

Through the above initiatives the college is able to reproduce centres of academic excellence based on customer requirements. We are able to transfer the training capabilities to customer countries through a total turnkey solution;
